THE POOL IS OPEN!

Dear Resident(s),

Hello from the Shenandoah Properties Leasing Office! We are happy to announce that the Shenandoah Swimming Pool is officially open. Thank you for your patience as we completed multiple repairs! The pool will close later this year (mid-September) to compensate for the delayed opening.

Please enter through the clubhouse front door only. If it is after hours, you will need your 6-digit code to enter. Don't forget to press "#" after entering your code.

Please be sure to sign the sign in sheet when entering. Hours are 10am-10pm Monday-Sunday. The doors lock promptly at 10pm.

Take a moment to read through the pool rules below, as outlined in your signed lease document(s). Pool privileges will be revoked if any of these rules are broken/violated.

ANYONE UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT/LEGAL GUARDIAN RESIDENT.

Only two (2) guests per apartment will be allowed. The resident must accompany his/her guest(s) at all times and will be responsible for the actions of the guest(s).

NO LARGE RAFTS OR POOL FLOATS ARE ALLOWED!
