Great place to live. Loved my coach home... management always professional yet personable and always helpful. Maintenance outstanding addressing any issues same day or within 24 hours at most. Property well cared for.. tremendous location. My neighbors were very nice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live!!

I have loved my experience with Shenandoah Properties. Our cottage-style rental was perfect, maintenance quick, and staff so helpful and nice. I am so glad we chose to rent with Shenandoah.

Shenandoah Properties has been amazing! Ty, Sandi, and Devon are so friendly and attentive anytime we needed them. Chris and Bob in the maintenance department are awesome! Anytime we had any issues with the unit they were right there to respond and they would always stop and say hello to our beagle, Millie. The location was perfect for us and I cannot complain at all about the noise level. I would recommend Shenandoah properties to anyone who is looking to rent in the Lafayette area. They have an amazing facility and amazing staff. Thank you to everyone for your great service!

I recently moved into a one bedroom apartment, and while I am only here for two years, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. The apartments are quiet, clean, and well maintained. I specifically looked for an apartment that was an open, friendly environment, and I have not been disappointed! My neighbors are friendly, and are respectfully quiet, which I love! In regards to the maintenance staff, there was an issue with the pipes in my building, and the maintenance guys were respectful, timely, and friendly. The office staff is easy to talk to, open to questions, and friendly! Overall, the environment and atmosphere of Shenandoah Properties is an absolutely wonderful and safe place to live! I cannot imagine living anywhere else in the area!

My husband and I moved into our home in 2016. We plan on staying for the foreseeable future. The office staff, maintenance staff, and everyone else I have interacted with while living here are very friendly and prompt. We have never had an issue. This is by far my favorite place we have lived so far. Very quiet, safe, and a great place to live! Thanks, Shenandoah team!

I moved into a 2 bed 1 car garage duplex in 2009. In 2012 I moved into the most wonderful apartment across the street. I have 2 beds, 2 baths, and overlook the "pond." There are trees and a lot of privacy. You cannot beat maintenance. Call and they are over. Everything is fixed or replaced. Chris and Bob will even play with my cat if he happens to be out and about. Best part is that I can walk all over--Target, CVS, Lowes, Culvers, even Goodwill for those bargains. Plus there are all kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Everything is so close even if I have to drive, I do not go very far. I had thought about moving, but then when I consider how close I am to everything, including work, and how great the entire staff is, I am staying. Thank you so much!

My husband and I moved here recently and are renting one of the cottages. I love living here. It is quiet, well-maintained, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous, and will call to set up a time with you before they enter your home (the last place I lived, the maintenance staff would just walk in). The office staff are very friendly, professional, and down-to-earth. I would definitely recommend living here!
